Destiny: Xur, Agent of the Nine, Tower location and Exotic gear (9/9/16)

It's officially Friday and that means that Xur is back in Destiny with a new set of goodies for you to spend your Strange Coin on. This week, the main thing to buy is Bad Juju, unless you have it already. Luckily, zMaverick gave us a look at Xur Rolls versus Kiosk rolls!
