Xur's scheduled weekly visit means you'll be opening up those inventories and checking whether you have enough Strange Coins for either of the three pieces of armor, and in this week's case, a weapon as well. You can find Xur in the bar below the Tower Hangar.
Last week, Xur didn't provide Guardians with a weapon, but instead offered a Body Armor Exotic Engram, for those that needed to flesh out their collection. This week though, Guardians will be getting something that packs a little more punch.
