Details on PS4 Slim and new DualShock 4 leak

With the PlayStation 4 Slim and new DualShock 4 popping up all over auction sites, it's no surprise that new details on the new PlayStation products have begun trickling out.

One individual, who goes by Shortman84 on Twitter, has detailed their experience with the new console and revealed just how bright that new DualShock 4's light is. Before we get to the DualShock 4's brightness and battery power, lets look at the experience Shortman84 has had with the new console thus far.

Shortman84 has detailed that the PS4 Slim runs "unbelievably" cool and quiet. Unfortunately, no new resolution options were found on the PS4 Slim, nor were they found in the manual. Shortman84 did note that it could come in the 4.0 update.

As for the controller, this is how bright it is (more details below):

Shortman84 went on to say the following about the new DualShock 4:

• The buttons/stick are the same height as the original DualShock 4
• New DualShock 4 feels like it is made of better quality.
• The light bar doesn't have a light in the touchpad, it's just a see through spot on the touchpad that lets the original light shine through
• New DualShock 4 and original have the same battery.
• New DualShock 4 can communicate with PS4 via Bluetooth or USB.

We have about two weeks until Sony officially reveals these products, so don't get too hung up on the details yet.
