Deus Ex Go gets an official release date

While most of the attention for the Deus Ex franchise is currently planted on Mankind Divided, Square Enix is quietly releasing the third mobile game for their Go franchise, based on Adam Jensen's adventures, Deus Ex Go. Squeenix Montreal recently announced via Twitter that Deus Ex Go will be releasing next week on August 18th, 2016.

Previous games in the Go franchise include Hitman Go and Lara Croft Go, both of which have gone on to win awards for excellence in Game Design and are some of the most popular paid apps on both the Apple and Android marketplaces. Given that, there are some reasonable expectations for Deus Ex Go to follow suit, despite the fact that it will likely be overshadowed when Deus Ex: Mankind Divided releases on August 23rd, 2016.
