Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is just two weeks away, so if you've been planning on grabbing the game on PC (like I have), it might be a good idea to know if your rig can actually run the game. Square Enix posted the specs on the official Deus Ex website today, and if you're looking to play on max settings, you might need to upgrade. Here are the specs:
- OS: Windows 7.1 SP1 or above (64-bit Operating System Required)
- CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD equivalent
- RAM: 8 GB
- Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB) or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (2GB)
- HDD/SSD: 45 GB
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K or AMD FX 8350 Wraith
- RAM: 16 GB
- Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 480 – 1920 x 1080 or NVIDIA GTX 970 – 1920 x 1080
- HDD/SSD: 55GB (Including DLC)
It was also announced that pre-loading for the game will begin on Friday, August 19th at 09:00 PDT / 12:00 EST / 17:00 BST / 18:00 CEST for the Steam version of the game. If you are playing the game on PlayStation 4, you can begin pre-loading on Sunday, August 21st at 12:00 AM, local time while Xbox One players can preload the game right now.
It was recently announced that PC players will be able to play the game using eye tracking software in a bundle that will cost you $139.99. Square Enix has expanded the ideas presented in Deus Ex into the real world via their "Human by Design" conference which explored the augmentation of the human body as we see it today.
