Diablo 3: Blizzard investigating reports of issues on PS4, Xbox One since Patch 2.4 release

Earlier this week, Diablo 3's massive patch 2.4.0 released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The patch intruced new zones, re-worked existing zones, added, 24 dungeons, new Rifts, and plenty of general tweaks to the game, but that's not all.

The patch brought a slew of issues to console users, according to players reports on Blizzard's forums (via Gamespot). Commonly, players are faced with frame rate drops and lag.

Blizzard has not issues a hotfix for the issue as of yet, but they are aware of the issues and are asking users to answer a set of questions to pinpoint what is causing the problem. According to Blizzard, they have been unable to recreate the issues users are reporting. The developers believe that the issues are being caused by the amount of storage space available on consoles.

If you are facing issues on the Xbox One or PS4 with Diablo 3 since the patch, it might be worth your while to give them the feedback they are asking for.
