Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls PC release date announced

Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, the highly anticipated expansion, will be available on March 25 for Windows and Mac, Blizzard announced today.

Described as a "darker expansion," Reaper of Souls features "updated loot rewards, all-new class skills and abilities, game-changing features like the Mystic and Adventure Mode, and highly replayable content in the form of Bounties and Nephalem Rifts." There's also a new Crusader class to play as.

The standard edition of Reaper of Souls can be purchased for $39.99 digitally. However, players can opt for the $59.99 digital deluxe edition which includes three additional character slots, a Spectral Hound minion, exclusive aesthetics for your gear, an in-game Treasure Goblin companion pet for World of Warcraft, and a variety of Crusader-themed Battle.net portraits and Malthaeil-themed decals for StarCraft 2.

Unfortunately, no dates were given for the expansion's release on consoles.
