DiRT Showdown ship date pushed back

Codemasters has delayed the ship date of their competitive and combative racing game, DiRT Showdown, from May 29 to June 12, 2012.  This will only effect the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Both Codemasters and distribution partner Warner Bros. believe the move to June will provide the game with a clearer release window and "create a greater opportunity for success" in North America.

The PC edition is still on track for its May 24 global release.  It will be available from Steam.
