In addition to the creative aspect of the Disney Infinity 2.0 Toy Box mode, some structured play modes are coming to the creation component.
The two that Disney Interactive discussed at the press event this morning are tower defense and dungeon crawler modes. These play just like you'd expect, star the Marvel characters, and feature procedural generation.
If you're looking for more than just editing freedom, the inclusion of structured play will likely be met positively.
