Disney Infinity 3.0 trailer shows off thrilling Star Wars Twilight of the Republic gameplay

Disney has revealed new gameplay footage for Disney Infinity 3.0's Star Wars Twilight of the Republic Playset. Taking place during the events of the first three films, we will control both Anakin Skywalker (before he flipped out) and Ahsoka Tano as they attempt to bring back peace to the galaxy.

Although it takes place during the first three films, the playset will feature an original storyline with new characters and enemies. A total of four different, iconic locations will be playable in the set as you attempt to overtake the infamous Darth Maul. Each figure will be upgradable just as in the previous two versions, allowing you to unlock new abilities and counters for each character.

The Twilight of the Republic playset will be included with the Disney Infinity 3.0 starter pack when it launches later this month on both Xbox and PlayStation platforms, Wii U, PC and mobile platforms.
