Starting on December 5, Spaceship Earth will be turned into a giant Death Star via digital projections. It’s all part of the Star Wars at Disney’s Hollywood Studios celebrations, as well as the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story on December 16.
But before the Death Star appears at Epcot, Disney is expected to reveal new updates on current and upcoming Star Wars experiences at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which you will be able to follow here on Monday.
Disney’s digital projections are truly phenomenal, so this will be a great treat for guests. And we still have a lot to look forward to when it comes to Disney and Star Wars. The company has already revealed a few of its plans for the expansion of Star Wars at its parks in California and Orlando, and Rogue One is already shaping up to be a major pivot point in how the saga unfolds, and it's already making unusual history.
