The Big Hero 6 animated series is getting closer to release this Autumn on Disney XD and Disney released a short little teaser for it today.
The teaser is only 14 seconds long and shows Baymax in the form of a cookie on a plate. He gets "eaten" away and left behind is the logo for the animated series on Disney XD this Autumn. The show will take place after Hiro starts at the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, and he is going to have to go up against both school bullies and the normal bad guys.
Gary Marsh, the President of Disney Channels Worldwide, was excited about the series and said
"Our colleagues at Walt Disney Animation Studios have created a brilliant new world, inspired by Marvel, with vivid, unique characters," Marsh told ComicBook.com. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to further develop these characters into a world class animated series – full of fun, action and the kind of endearing storytelling that only Mark, Bob – and Baymax – can deliver."
The original voice cast has also returned. No date has been set for the debut, with only Autumn as a release window now.
