BURBANK, Calif. ‹ (Jan. 31, 2001) ‹
Disney Interactive, a leading worldwide creator and publisher of interactive
entertainment, today announced its licensing agreement with Nintendo of America
to publish titles for Game Boy® Advance.  The first title under this agreement
will be Disneys Peter Pan Return to Never Land, releasing February 15
and based on the animated feature film, Disneys Return to Never Land,
which releases in theaters nationwide the same day.   Licenses for other
Disney-branded titles for Game Boy Advance will continue to be awarded to
outside publishers.

"Disney Interactive has had success on the Game Boy platform for quite some
time, with standard characters like Mickey and Minnie, and properties including
Disneys Tarzan, Disney/Pixars Toy Story and Monsters, Inc.,
among many others," said Steve Finney, senior vice president and general

strategy and support a number of company initiatives we are very excited to
expand our offering of Game Boy Advance titles through internal publishing."

In addition to Disneys Peter Pan Return to Never Land, Disney
Interactive plans to publish several Game Boy Advance titles this year,
including two based on the upcoming animated feature films, Disneys Lilo &
Stitch
