If two years isn't a big enough wait, then good news: The multiplayer downloadable content for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game has been delayed.
The DLC was originally supposed to arrive on XBLA on August 19, this past Sunday, but Ubisoft has pushed the release date forward to "this fall" — basically anytime this year … hopefully.
The content adds online multiplayer and a new playable character, Wallace Wells — Scott's gay roommate.
"The PSN version will release during that same timeframe," a representative from Ubisoft told Joystiq. "We'll have more information as we get closer to launch."
The version for XBLA will cost 400 Microsoft Points. More information will be available soon.
