When it comes to most single-player-centric games, people want to know how much bang for the buck they are getting. With id Software's upcomign DOOM, Bethesda figures around 13 or more hours, depending on difficulty level.
When asked about the campaign length on Twitter, the team was pretty open about it, revealing "folks playing at the office average 13+ hours in the campaign."

Assuming that's for the average gamer on normal difficulty, that's not a bad length at all. In fact, it puts DOOM's campaign longer than most other first-person shooters. Of course, DOOM also has an extensive multiplayer suite to keep you busy for hours afterwards.
During its E3 2015 press conference, Bethesda showcased DOOM's single-player gameplay, while also providing us a look at the game's multiplayer modes and built-in mod tools.
DOOM is set for release on May 13, 2016.
