Dragon Age: Inquisiiton GOTY will not have DLC on disc, comes with voucher

While still a good deal, that's a bit of a let down.

The good news is that BioWare’s 2014 RPG hit Dragon Age: Inquisition is getting a Game of the Year edition, complete with DLC. The bad news is that unlike previous GOTY packages we’ve seen over the years, all of the DLC will be not actually be on the disc and will come with a download voucher instead.

However, the package contains a massive amount of material including three full expansions- Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, and Trespasser as well as the new Spoils of Avvar and Spoils of the Qunari add-ons.

For fans of RPGs in general, Inquisition was a fantastic edition to the library, so if you missed it, this does represent a great chance to catch up on a new classic at a good price, but the voucher does pose an annoyance to those who have patchy internet connections, like to share with friends or are just completists who prefer to have the whole kit and caboodle.

Dragon Age: Inquisition comes to PS4, XB1 and PC on October 6th.
