It still seems rather surreal that a completely new Dragon Ball anime exists and is now actually airing. Dragon Ball Super will follow the storyline immediately after the defeat of Buu, which means characters like Uub and Pan won't be in it, at least not yet.
However, the show's intro certainly does a good job at showcasing all the character's we'll be seeing in the anime, even including characters like Birus from the Battle of the Gods movie, though it's unclear whether this takes place before or after the latest movie, Resurrection F.
Sadly, as of right now, there doesn't seem to be a way to watch Dragon Ball Super here in America, as sites like Funimation nor Crunchyroll seem to have the rights to it yet.
