Although things did seem a bit shady at first, we’re finally getting our first official details on Bandai Namco’s DLC pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

According to its official website, the first DLC pack will be available December 20th and can be obtained either through the season pass or purchased individually. No price point for the DLC was announced just yet, but there will also be a free update included for players.

The paid DLC portion will contain:

  • Two new playable characters, including Cabbe and Frost
  • A new master, Hit
  • Five new attacks
  • Three parallel quests
  • Two new costumes
  • Five super souls
  • Two emotes

As for the free update, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players will be able to obtain a new “Awakend Kaioken times 10” skill for SSGSS Goku, while Hit will also receive a new skill called the “Awakened Skill Pure Progress.”

A new event called the Frieza Siege will also be available in Conton City. Here, players must defend the city from Frieza’s minions and will be rewarded with 10 new Jersey costumes if they succeed.

The free update also brings six new costumes and four new attacks, and a new raid boss, Evil Yamcha, who players will have to defeat in order to win an exclusive title.

Players can also access exclusive content through the VIP corner, such as five new teachers, including Future Gohan, Bardock, Cooler, Android 16, and the great Whis. Players can learn 20 new attacks from these teachers.
