Dragon Ball Z Kai secures extra time slot on Adult Swim

Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim has rehashed their Saturday Night line up just a wee little bit. Despite the fact that Dragon Ball Z Kai has been breaking the new day at its midnight slot, kicking off Toonami, the show will be gaining an additional slot slightly earlier. This new 8:00 pm slot will show the previous week’s episode. So while it’s not doubling down on your Kai action, it is giving you that extra opportunity to watch the previous episode if you missed it and don’t believe in TiVo technology.

Hell, if you DID miss the previous week’s episode, it’s like you get TWO new episodes instead of one. Now that’s a true treat. Keep in mind that Dragon Ball Z Kai is sort of the abridged version of Dragon Ball Z. This means there are whole lot less multiple episode fights, but the same about of instant blonde hair dyeing.
