exciting unveiling of 4 Dragon Warrior
games set to hit the states this year. Dragon
Warrior III, for Game Boy Color, will be released during "DRAGON
WARRIOR III WEEK", beginning July 16, 2001. Based
on the classic role-playing game originally released for the Nintendo
Entertainment System® that sold more than 3 million units worldwide,
Dragon Warrior III follows the saga of a 16 year-old hero who pursues
his father’s warrior legacy. In the game, players adventure through a
world of deserts, mountains, pyramids, towers and dungeons to unlock a secret
that sets the stage for the legend of Dragon Warrior. Dragon
Warrior Monsters 2 for Game Boy Color, is a monster breeding, trading and
taming game that includes RPG side quests. Featuring two separate games
– Cobi’s Journey and Tara’s Adventure — each game has different
monsters and missions. Via the link cable, players can trade monsters, play
cooperatively, or fight against each other. The game is due for release in
August 2001. Dragon
Warrior IV – for the PlayStation® game console is shipping later this
year. Released in Japan as Dragon Quest VII in August 2000, the title sold
more than two million copies in its first three days, and to date, has already
sold more than four million units making it Japan’s best-selling PlayStation
