Techland announced today updated global launch dates for their upcoming parkour infused zombie survival game Dying Light. It will now has a worldwide digital release on PC of January 27, 2015. In North and South America, the digital and physical release for the PS4 and Xbox One copies will also be available on January 27th.
As for Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, Dying will release digitally for PS4 and Xbox One on January 28, 2015. Physical copies will be released in these territories a month later on February 27, 2015. On the bright side, all of the physical preordered versions will include two DLC packs, Cuisine & Cargo and Ultimate Survivor Bundle, for free.
Perhaps more exciting for all players though, the recently shown off "Be the Zombie" multiplayer mode will be free on all platforms for everyone. For those unfamiliar, Be the Zombie allows one player to take control of the Night Hunter, the ultimate zombie mutation, and invade another player's game. The non-zombie players must try to stay alive and destroy the nests.
