After nabbing Bayonetta 2 as a Wii U exclusive, Nintendo has added the original beat-em-up to the Wii U’s archive, but only after adding their own personal touch.
The company today announced, during their E3 digital event, that Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 will be released as a bundle. Better still, the original game will feature a medley of Nintendo skins for its rerelease. The reveal trailer shows heroine Bayonetta clad in outfits inspired by Peach, Link and Samus Aran, with unique animations and items to match.
The sequel got plenty of love in Nintendo’s show as well, with new bosses and elemental equipment shown off.
The Bayonetta bundle is now up for pre-order, but has not yet been given a hard release date.
