Microsoft certainly had a pretty outstanding press conference yesterday, marking it as one of the most notable press conferences in years now. However, Sony followed suit with an impressive press conference that contained a slew of surprise announcements that fans have been asking for years. One of them for 6 years, one for 10, and the last for 14. 14 freaking years! And last night, Sony finally delivered!
The Last Guardian is real! And it's coming to PS4
Sony kicked off the conference with a title that has pulled on many gamers' heartstrings. Not because it portrayed an emotional bond between a young boy and Dog-bird, but because it's been noticeably absent from previous shows, canceled, then un-canceled.
Well, last night fans didn't have to speculate anymore, as we got a glimpse of PS4 footage of The Last Guardian, coming in 2016.

I always get excited when Sean Murray takes the stage. He has an absolutely down-to-earth aura about him. Last night, he demoed, No Man's Sky live on stage, meaning everything we saw was unscripted, and it was glorious.
