E3 2016: DICE shows off Battlefield 1 gameplay

They already announced it and won the YouTube battle, now DICE is finally showing the gameplay of the much anticipated Battlefield 1 alongside with a big live multiplayer stream.

Before the reveal EA was worried that kids these days wouldn’t know what WWI was, but now Battlefield 1 has become one of the most anticipated games this year and the most anticipated shooter, so understandably expectations are high and what they showed at E3 did not disappoint.

Not much had been shown in terms of gameplay, the reveal trailer was all fine and dandy, but it’s first when the gameplay is shown that gamers can get their first real feel for the game. Battlefield 1's gameplay trailer showed off some amazing trench warfare and the grittiness of the Great War. Even the weather will be your enemy in this game.

Seems like going back in time instead of forwards was a smart decision by both EA and DICE.

Battlefield 1 is set for release on October 21 and will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC with Xbox owners getting access earlier through EA Access.
