E3 2016: Mass Effect Andromeda – all you need to know

No one knew what to expect from Mass Effect: Andromeda once it was officially revealed as the game's title at last year's E3. Purists were upset since we Commander Shepard can't be in the game, and a number of rumors and alleged leaks began to hit the market.

The only thing we knew for sure was that the game would launch before April 2017 as it was confirmed to release in Q4 2016 for EA. We did get a quick glimpse at some alleged gameplay, but nothing was ever confirmed on whether or not it was real.

Mass Effect Andromeda will be powered by Frostbite and feature an all-new cast of characters. In this game, you are the alien waking up in an entirely new galaxy. Our mission is to build a new home for humanity.

Today at EA's E3 presser, they did not reveal a release date, but more screen shots and a new trailer was also shown. Not much else at all was shown, but we'll let you know more as we hear it of course.
