E3 2016: Serious Sam coming to VR

It was back in 2013 when we last had any real news about Serious Sam 4. But in an interview with Reboot Magazine with the  chief marketing officer discussed upgrades to the game’s engine to be used in Serious Sam 4. Among these upgrades was motion capture and photogrammetry which apparently has something to do with slippers.

The stage was set for a big announcement for the Serious Sam series. And this year at E3 we find that we won't be getting the fourth installment yet, but we will be getting a VR shooter based in the Serious Sam universe for the Oculus Touch and HTC Vive. The game will feature FPS dual wielding with the Vive and Rift motion controls.

Serious Sam the Last Hope will be available on Steam Early Access on the Summer of 2016.
