E3 2016: Severed is coming to Wii U and 3DS

Severed, from DrinkBox Studios,  debuted exclusively on PSVita, but it's finally making the jump to the Wii U and 3DS. It even comes with cross-buy, something of a rarity when dealing with Nintendo. Given DrinkBox Studios' stellar work on Guacamelee!, and the positive reception of the PS Vita version, hopefully it'll receive an excellent port and gain the audience it deserves.

For those unfamiliar with the game, Severed revolves around the journey of the one-armed swordswoman Sasha as she and her living sword make their way through the world of nightmares in search of her family. It makes use of touch controls to handle puzzle solving and combat, which can be much darker than the bright and upbeat Guacamelee! that preceded it.
