Shadow of the Colossus is thought of as one of the PS2's greatest games, even though it came towards the end of the console's life cycle. It told a story in few words, letting its gargantuan boss battles do the talking and allowing players to craft their own journeys without too many convoluted details or contrived moments of drama. Tonight at Sony's E3 2017 press conference, it was revealed that Shadow of the Colossus will be coming to PS4.

The game has gotten a true HD remaster, with insanely smooth visuals making the PS2 classic come to life in a way that is incredibly modern.
Earlier today, Sony had registered a trademark for Shadow of the Colossus prompting speculation that an announcement was inbound.
