The PC Gaming Show is relatively new to the E3 stage, and while it is not yet considered to be among the most prominent parts of the event, there is no doubt that efforts are being made to improve it. After all, even Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo have had their share of subpar showings over the years. Earlier today, PC Gamer announced that Xbox and the Steam Early Access hit, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will make an appearance this year at the E3 2017 PC Gaming Show.
It's not entirely clear what exactly Xbox plans to talk about at the show, but it's relatively easy to presume that Beam and Play Anywhere will likely be in there. As far as PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is concerned, it was only said that "news and updates" would come from developer, Bluehole Inc.
BATTLETECH from Paradox Interactive in partnership with Harebrained Schemes and Total War: Warhammer II from Creative Assembly and Raw Fury Games were also announced to be making an appearance at the PC Gaming Show.
Mike Nichols, Corporate Vice President of Xbox Marketing at Microsoft commented, "PC gaming is a huge part of our gaming ecosystem – across Windows, Beam, and Xbox. The PC Gaming Show is the perfect place for us to talk about what's next from Xbox for PC gamers."
The PC Gaming Show is going down on Monday, June 12th at 10 AM PST.
