E3 2018: Respawn announces Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order; Coming 2019

Titanfall developer Respawn has been developing a Star Wars game for EA for several years now but for a while, it’s been quite vague what the game really was. Now we know and it’s called Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.

Respawn’s Star Wars title will see you playing as Jedi who are being hunted in an era set between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. At its core, it sounds like we’ll be attempting to survive and rebuild the Jedi Order but Respawn is remaining tight-lipped on what else the game is about. No trailer, no logo, nothing, so just sit tight while we keep waiting!

Studio head Vince Zampella also stated that the game will be released in Holiday 2019 but they’re not going to be showing much more of it until their big blowout next year. Whatever the game ends up being, it’ll likely be something special given the studio’s immense skill.
