EA Access is exceeding expectations

It's cheap enough

Back in July we first heard of EA Access, today we are seeing it in action on the Xbox One. How is the $4.99 a month ($29.99 a year) program fairing?

It's doing well enough to exceed expectations.

During a financials call on October 28th, EA's CEO Andrew Wilson described EA Access' success as "well beyond early expectations." Currently, Battlefield 4, Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14, Need for Speed Rivals, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare and Peggle 2 are available through EA Access' Vault, but that's not all the subscription gets you. Subscribing to the program will also bring a 10% for EA games on the Xbox One — as well as limited time in specific games before they launch.
