Back at 2013's E3, Electronic Arts teased a new Star Wars: Battlefront, delivering a 23-second cinematic trailer. Fast foward two years and now, just weeks away from the grand unveiling at Star Wars Celebration next month, EA has decided to re-release the cinematic teaser.
Posting the cinematic to Twitter, fans return to the snowy planet of Hoth — the location of the iconic opening battle in Empire Strike's Back — for a taste of what EA and developer DICE have in store for us with the new Star Wars: Battlefront.

Sure, we don't see any actual gameplay, but the teaser does give us a few hints as to what to expect. For example, the showcasing of a Snow Speeder and AT-AT indicate that vehicles could be used in what will likely be some grand scale battles.
At this point, we still don't know what EA actually plans to show off at Star Wars Celebration, but we're hopeful it'll be some actual gameplay. We also don't know if it'll be just a hands-off presentation or if attendees will actually get to go hands-on with the game, but we're excited either way.
Star Wars Celebration 2015 will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from April 16 through April 19. Last week it was confirmed that Star Wars: Battlefront will be coming this holiday season to PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its launch will coincide with release of the new film, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, which will hit theaters December 18, 2015.
