During Microsoft's Xbox press conference at gamescom today, Deep Silver Dambuster Studios' senior narrative designer C.J. took the stage to show off some new gameplay from upcoming game Homefront: The Revolution.
While we were treated to both a cinematic and single-player gameplay trailer, C.J. had another announcement. Homefront: The Revolution will also feature a compelling cooperative multiplayer mode in which you and your friends "can form a resistance cell and become heroes of the revolution."
Deep Silver will be working with Microsoft to test it out, and as part of that agreement, Xbox One owners will get early access to the Homefront multiplayer beta this winter.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Homefront: The Revolution would be delayed to 2016, with no sort of specific release window. That didn't change today.
