A hand reaching toward you and in its palm sits the title Thief. That's the box art that developer Eidos-Montreal unveiled for its upcoming game, Thief. It's not just any hand reaching toward you. The man on the cover is series protagonist Garrett against a dark, smoky backdrop.
On the official Eidos blog, community manager Adam Badke wrote, "Today, Eidos-Montreal is proud to unveil the final Thief cover art for all platforms — PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. The box features leading man Garrett staring unwaveringly from the shadows, reaching out to take what's yours — and make it his."
Thief, which will be part of Square Enix's Gamescom lineup next week, is scheduled to launch next year on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
UPDATE:
A Gamescom trailer was released, revealing the release date to be February 25, 2014.
