I keep seeing videos of Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved, and I still have no idea what I'm seeing. There's music being manipulated by waving your arms around, but I don't get it…
Regardless of my understanding, Disney Interactive and Harmonix have announced a new realm for the game called "The Capsule." It's set in a modular space station orbiting around Earth, and it features two amazing, playable songs: Elton John's "Rocket Man" and Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes."
These two songs join a track list that features over 30 songs that include contemporary hits, classic rock, classical music, and more. Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved is a musical motion video game inspired by the classic Disney animated film Fantasia, where players combine music and magic to transform interactive landscapes in new and creative ways. "The Capsule" joins the previously announced realms "The Hollow" and "The Haven," which are forest environments.
Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved will be available in fall 2014 on the Xbox One and Kinect for Xbox 360.
Now, can someone please explain this game to me again? What am I watching here?
