Site to Act as Portal for ‘Dragon Warrior Week’

SEATTLE,
WA, June 12, 2001 – Preparing for the North American ship of its heralded
Dragon Warrior III game for Game Boy® Color, Enix America Inc, today
announced that it has launched the official web site at http://www.enix.com/dragon-warrior3/index.html.
Improved and updated from the Nintendo Entertainment System® classic, Dragon
Warrior III begins shipping July 17, the official start date of Dragon Warrior
Week.

its immersive story line and engaging game play, the Dragon Warrior series has
captured the attention of both the hardcore and casual gamer, and its
popularity has spawned an entire community of dedicated fans,” said Paul
Handelman, president of Enix America. “Enix is pleased to launch the Dragon
Warrior III website as the official place for fans of all types to find out
the inside information on the game, as well as interact with other Dragon
Warrior fans.”

The
official Dragon Warrior III website mirrors the unique style of the Dragon
Warrior series and delves deeply into the main character’s quest to succeed
his fallen father and defeat the Demon Lord Baramos. The website provides
information on the game’s features and hidden quests; highlights new in-game
screenshots, and offers an in-depth look at the characters and enemies that
players encounter throughout the game. Fans of Dragon Warrior III may also
chat and trade helpful tips about the Dragon Warrior series on the website’s
Message Board.
