Netherealm teased that they would be making a Mortal Kombat X reveal today and they stuck to their word! During a livestream on Twitch the developers revealed that Ermac would be the next playable character.
Similar to previous Mortal Kombat games Ermac will be more of a defensive character. Some of his moves are hover, teleport and disappear.
There is a "Spectral" version of Ermac that can fly for a short period of time. In addition to the Ermac reveal Netherealm revealed a new level, "The Destroyed City" and they teased that in the coming weeks we would be seeing a couple more reveals like finish moves. Mortal Kombat X is hitting the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC on April 14, 2015.
