Etrian Odyssey 4 demo hits the 3DS eShop on February 7

If you're itching to get your hands on the new Etrian Odyssey role-playing game, you can find a demo on the 3DS eShop on February 7 — a couple weeks ahead of its retail and digital release on February 26.

Atlus also confirmed that the demo for Etrian Odyssey 4: Legends of the Titan would include the game's opening, initial minidungeon (Old Forest Mine), first skyship area (Windy Plains), and the areas of the first central dungeon (Lush Woodlands) — where players can take on sidequests. You'll also have access to all the equipment, skills, and classes available during these parts in the full game.

Sweetening the deal is the ability to try out different town facilities, such as Guild Card exchanges via QR code and select QR gifts. And all progress is transferrable to the actual release.

Preorder a retail copy now ($40) and you can receive a limited edition art book and music CD.
