According to a recent report, the PlayStation Plus prices in Europe and the U.K. will be increasing beginning September 1st. They will be more in line with current market prices for the one month and quarterly options. The annual option will remain unchanged for now.
The report cites that the quarterly option wll increase from £11.99 to £14.99 with only the European markets to be impacted at this time. A SCEUK representative informed the outlet that "We are dedicated to bringing PlayStation Plus members the best possible service with the most compelling content. From September 1st we will be increasing the price of monthly and three month PlayStation Plus subscriptions in line with market conditions. We will continue to invest in PlayStation Plus to ensure an unparalleled experience, featuring the best quality games and features."
The pricing is also said to be different in some markets so exact pricing couldn't be ironed out, but more information is promised shortly before the new pricing takes effect.
