Since 2K announced the delay of Evolve, things have been relatively quiet for Turtle Rock Studios' 4v1 shooter. Honestly, we're all just waiting for the next time we can get our hands on it, which will apparently be this month.
2K announced today that they are flipping on the servers and inviting players around the world to participate in Evolve's "big" Alpha.
Xbox One players will get a 24-hour head start and will be able to play from October 30 to November 2. You can register for priority access to the Alpha here. Meanwhile, a limited number of PC and PS4 players will also be invited to the hunt from October 31 to November 2. In order to play Evolve's big alpha on Xbox One, you'll need to have an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. On PS4, you'll need an active PS Plus membership.
To sign up for the Evolve Alpha follow these directions:
1. Go to EvolveGame.com/BigAlpha
2. Enter this code: 11197-10708-89072 (It is a multi-use code, act fast!)
3. Enter your name and email confirmation
4. Select your platform preference
If you did it in time, you will see a message saying that you successfully registered for a chance to participate in the Big Alpha.
