The Lowlands of Kyrat are filled with quaint local villages, beautiful rolling hills, wetland marshes, violent explosions, angry blood thirsty animals, and plenty more.
Pagan Min, the psycho dictator (with style) of Kyrat, hasn't left many places untouched. The Lowlands are an example of this, narrow roads link quaint villages together. The villages aren't all spoiled by Pagan Min, but what lies on the road in between the villages…Well, that's entirely different.
Civilian vehicles, hovercrafts, and gyrocopters will take you from place to place and let you attack in any way you please. There are more than enough weapons strewn about the Lowlands (thanks to Pagan Min), which is handy, because there are people out kill you (and animals too).
