Explore the lands of Dragon Age: Inquisition in this new video

BioWare has released a new Dragon Age: Inquisition video inviting you to "Discover the Dragon Age."

"Our search will take us to every corner in this land," the video teases. "The beautiful, the dangerous, the ancient places where no one walks alone. This is the world we're trying to save."

As explained by producer Cameron Lee, each of the areas in Inquisition has its own "realistic ecosystem" complete with predators, prey, factions, and more. The population of the world is based on an "emergent system" that adjusts based on your actions. "You'll see towns attacked by bandits, deer fleeing from wolves, giant's feeding on bears, and countless other scenarios," Lee says.

"The artists, designers, programmers, animators, audio and VFX specialists and many others are the most talented I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are the people bringing the world of Dragon Age to life for you to discover. They’ve built incredible graphics systems like weather that creates naturally-formed puddles, spider webs that blow in the wind, and huge amounts of various materials that look more realistic than anything we’ve ever created in a BioWare game!"

Dragon Age: Inquisition is due out in fall 2014 for last-, current-, next-, whatever you want to call them, systems.
