During today's Microsoft Event, Lauren Carter of Lionhead Studios took the stage to help reveal interesting news for Fable fans, PC and Xbox One players alike.
Fable Legends will be coming to PC and will feature cross-platform play with the Xbox One. Seemingly, cross-play between the PC and Xbox One will only be available to those with the Windows 10 operating system.
While Carter was on stage for the presentation, Microsoft's head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, was playing Fable Legends on a Windows 10 PC with Carter (the Lionhead Studios representative) playing on an Xbox One — thus showing off a live demo for event attendees. With the new streaming feature that Windows 10 is bringing to the Xbox One, you could even play Fable Legends on a tablet (via streaming through their Xbox One) with someone that is playing on the PC. The possibilities are now endless…if you have Windows 10.
The event also revealed that Battletoads is coming back.
