Fantasy RPG, The Dwarves releases new patch on all platforms, more content coming in March

The Dwarves has been out for about a month and a half, but it has had its fair share of performance issues. That has not stopped developer KING Art from continuing to work on the game, and they along with Publisher THQ Nordic are assuring fans that just because the calendar has flipped over, they are not stopping their work on the game. A performance patch for The Dwarves recently went out on all platform, and below you can find the full list of what has changed per an official Press Release.

PS4
  • Decreased loading times between different scenes (the game loads most scenes at least twice as fast)
  • Reduced restart times in battles (65-75% faster restart times)
  • Improved performance for better audio playback handling
  • Removed framerate stutters due to audio processing in combat
  • Fixed an error in battle of Mifurdania
  • Fixed an error in the Golem battle
  • Fixed "Greater Healing Potion."
  • Improved performance in Toboribor
  • Improved moving on the world map
  • Fixed an error in portrait icons
Xbox One
  • Decreased loading times between different scenes (the game loads most scenes at least twice as fast)
  • Decreased restart times in battles (65-75% faster restart times)
  • Fixed an error in battle of Mifurdania
  • Fixed an error in the Golem battle

PC

KING Art's next big undertaking with The Dwarves is a content update that they are saying will be available in March 2017. One of its most prominent features will be an option called "Challenge Mode" that will change things up on the player. Expect to be able to hold off hordes of new enemies as long as you can, or even kill a specific amount of enemies as fast as possible, as well as a few other challenges.

The Dwarves is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
