Ubisoft's Far Cry 3 mod for Minecraft, which contains a map and texture pack that modifies all aspects of the original game, has been released today. Now available on PC free of charge, the pack brings distinct Far Cry 3 locations and characters — all completely redesigned block by block — to Minecraft.
The map features over 50 Easter Eggs hidden throughout the Islands and fans can run into characters from the game including Vaas, Jason, and Citra. The map is available via the Far Cry official website.
Far Cry 3 is set to release on December 4, 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3, and Windows PC.
