Far Cry 5 will be about 20 – 30 hours long

Far Cry is known for its very rich campaigns that take place in exotic locations filled with incredible characters like the insanely intimidating Vaas from Far Cry 3. These stories suck you in and don’t let you go for quite a long period of time, they’re absolutely riveting titles and it seems like Far Cry 5 won’t be an exception.

In an interview with GamingBolt, Far Cry 5’s lead writer Drew Holmes confirmed the game will be about the same length as previous titles in the series making it about 20 – 30 hours long. It sounds like Ubisoft is going to make your stay in Hope County, Montana pretty grueling and lengthy.

In addition to that, Holmes teased the weapon customization will expand on what we’ve already seen in the series.

“It has a robust school system. And there’s going to be lots of weapons to play around with. We’re going to go into it later. But expect improvement and stuff you have seen in previous Far Cry games.”

Far Cry 5 will release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on February 27th, 2018.
