Fenix Rage re-branded as Fenix Furia for Xbox One and PS4 release

Reverb and Green Lava Studios have announced that their platformer Fenix Rage is being re-released on Xbox One and PS4 under a new name – Fenix Furia. Along with the re-branding, there will be new features like two player split screen and a brand new, playable character.

CEO of Green Lava Eduardo Ramirez stated:

“It’s very exciting that the journey to bring our game to consoles will be finally happening soon. While we’ve had to overcome a couple of obstacles, we want to thank all gamers for their patience.  We’ve added some great new modes and definitely incorporated player feedback on level difficulty to make Fenix Furia a fantastic platform game.”

The original PC game was known for progressive difficulty which escalated as you progressed. As a result, the developer indicated they have added an easy mode to help guide newer players along the learning curve. The most requested feature, the two player split screen, will allow both players to compete against each other in an effort to see who can compete a level the fastest.

No specific release date was provided, but Fenix Furia will release this Winter on both Xbox One and PS4.
