FIFA 17 demo to reportedly release today at 6pm GMT, 12pm EST

After numerous false alarms claiming that the FIFA 17 had been released, reports today suggest that EA Sports' Japanese account has revealed the time that it should land.

The account apparently tweeted out to its followers that the FIFA 17 demo will be available to download at 2am in Japan, meaning that it should be available at 6pm in the UK and for gamers in the US at 12pm EST.

Many people, during the seemingly prolonged wait for a demo version, have taken to Twitter to echo their frustrations.

However, it's not all doom and gloom for everybody. This lucky fella has somehow managed to get ahold of the demo!

A much more realistic feel, wouldn't you say?
