Fight for Youth Charity Tournament Announced

Prominent Fighting Game Community player Daniel "Clockw0rk" Maniago came on to tonight's episode of Cross Counter Live to announce a very special tournament with a great cause. The "Fight for Youth" charity tournament will raise money for ASES Prep, an afterschool program that operates at twelve schools in the Norwalk-La Mirada unified school district in California to help with their "Afterschool's Got Talent" event, as well as to help pay for field trips for the students.

The tournament will be held on April 14th and will include a doubles tournament for Street Fighter X Tekken (which is fast becoming the standard for that game) and a singles tournament for Ulitmate Marvel vs Capcom 3. More information is forthcoming in the coming days, but if you want to provide some greatly needed support to an important cause, mark the date on your calendar.

Further details on the event and the ASES Prep program can be found at the links beloiw:

Props to Clockw0rk and sponsors Broken Tier, Level|Up Series, The Box Arena and Cross Counter for collaborating to help these kids out!
