Final Fantasy 15 TGS 2014 trailer has me hyped up for the series again

It's been a while since I've legitimately been excited for a Final Fantasy title. While I genuinely enjoyed the latter games of the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, it was a world and character I was ready to say bye to.

The Final Fantasy XV trailer that hit TGS 2014 brought me back to that excitement I felt when I first saw Final Fantasy XIII revealed. The cutscenes are gorgeous, the graphics are phenomenal, and the little snips of combat we got to see, look genuinely interesting. The combat looks like it was weight to it, so characters don't seem to just be floating around and wildly swinging their 250lb swords.

The trailer didn't reveal any sort of date, just a reminder that Final Fantasy XV is still in development.
